At the top are members, who elect 3 delegates in every Ward/Branch. These delegates elect representatives to the Board (9; one from each constituency-8, and the last one representing special interests/underrepresented gender) and Supervisory Committee (3). The Board hires a General Manager, who in turn is in charge of all the office and field staff.
